Q: Can I get a
free Silver Card?
If you happen to live in an area that we have pre-selected you might
receive our free promotional Silver Card in the mail. We mail a select
number of households one time per year as a promotional “try
it free” offer. Unfortunately, due to an overwhelming response,
we cannot verify whether or not your area or address is included in
this list and we do not keep extra promotional Silver Cards at the
office to mail out. If you did not receive a free promotional Silver
Card, our Gold Membership cards are available for $19.95 plus tax.
Gold Membership cards are valid one year from the date of purchase.
Gold Members receive special offers not available to Silver Card members.
They’re a great value and you’ll probably re-coup your
purchase price within one or two uses.
Q: My Gold Card was lost/stolen. How do
I get it replaced?
A: Gold cards may be replaced for $9.95. To replace your Gold Card,
please call 253.529.0907 during regular business hours or follow the
links for Gold Card Ordering
if you know your old membership number. Silver Cards are promotional
and cannot be replaced.
Q: Does it cost any money to register
my Silver Card?
A: No. The Silver Card is free and the information we collect is for
our purposes only. We do not sell your information nor give it to

Q: What is the CyberCoupons Card?
A: The CyberCoupons card is a membership card that offers its members
discounts for using the businesses on our program.
Q: What is the difference between a
Gold Card and a Silver Card?
A: The Silver Card is a promotional paper card. The Gold Card membership
provides even greater savings because it is valid at ALL of the establishments
on our program.
Q: Will I get JUNK MAIL by giving you
my information?
A: No. The information we collect is for our internal purposes only.
We do not sell or give your information to third parties. The only
mail you will get from us is quarterly updates via the postal service

Q: How do I use my CyberCoupons Card?
A: Present your CyberCoupons Card when purchasing the goods or services
and receive the discount listed for that establishment. The discounts
can only be redeemed when you present your card, not valid with the
print out or tear out of the offer.
Q: Is it a requirement to register my
silver card?
A: Though it is not a requirement, CyberCoupons strongly recommends
that register your card so that we may send you periodic updates and
news of new advertisers and offers in your area.
